This is the only information I have so don't ask me questions. I am hoping that one of you might be able to obtain more information about it.

IIRC
You cannot shoot within 50 yards of a public road
or 500 feet from an occupied dwelling.
Even when you have a hunting license.
I passed the Hawaii hunter safety course,
it was a joke, they invited me to teach the archery segment.
I don't do much archery these days. Bad Knee.
Outside your business, residence, or place of sojourn
in a public area the cops in Hawaii will call that "brandishment"
And have all sorts of fun arresting you, confiscating all your stuff
which you'll never get back, just because they can.
They will have a cold beer for dinner and collect
their paycheck.
Hawaii Democrats are not your friend.
Prepare.

All firearms are only to be kept at your residence, business, sojourn, range, gun store/smith, police department, gun show. So a road is a no go. Only exception is if you're traveling to and from the said locations. But firearm must be in an enclosed container. Even if the road is a private road.

He should have worn a mask. No problems with 5-0 then.
