No idea what a Dre is, but if it is some sort of ghetto jungle boogie noise, it got rich off those same-same that keep demanding reparations?

Of course there is systemic racism. Either you believe in racial superiority and that black people are not capable of handling their own affairs and need coercive management based on Israeli apartheid tactics, or there is something seriously wrong with the current narratives on both ends of the political spectrum regarding how such an outsized percentage of certain ethnic groups seem to have an incredibly difficult time escaping the revolving door of crime and poverty.
In Hawaii, despite Chief Ballards insistence that there is no race problem here, our Polynesian community is more likely to experience similar consequences as well as rougher treatment by the police. Is that cause and effect at work? It might help to try and figure it out in order to stabilize society instead of putting our hands over our ears and shouting "Lalalala I can't hear you over all this freedom!" as we step over human feces and dirty needles on the sidewalk.
