Title: ALG AK47 AKT-EL vs AKT-UL Trigger

aloha everybody,

anybody got experience on either of these AK triggers from ALG?

been shopping around and notice about a $30 difference from the 2, mixed reviews I found on other forums, but would love some local feedback...

Also seen another thread here talking about an AKT-enhanced trigger but it was a bit short...

any feedback would be appreciated

I have the EL now it's comparable to the Tapco G2 in feel and trigger pull(about 4lbs). The UL was much lighter, like a 2.5lbs trigger. All of the trigger were really mushy with no real wall before the break.

When you say all the triggers, do you mean all the aftermarket ones?

I have the ALG Defense AK-47 AKT Enhanced Trigger with Lightening Bow on my AK project. I have shot maybe 200 rounds with it. I would say it’s a better trigger than the stock one, which was quite heavy. It’s not a crisp break and is lighter than I thought it would be. I would say it’s an OK trigger. Maybe I’m spoiled by Geissele triggers (SSA and SD-C) on my ARs.

sorry for the late reply, I meant that both the ALG and Tapco triggers were both mushy. light, but no real wall before the break.

I have an ALG and I like it more than the tapco.   I only wish I could own a binary AK trigger in hawaii :(
