Koko Head Shooting Complex is open. The only areas in the facility that are closed at this time are the Metallic Silhouette and Action Bays.

Or they'll just complain again. That's all they know how to do. First it's "why is the range open but other places are not"?. Then when the criminals are running amok and creating havoc it will be "why is it so hard to buy a gun"?
