Title: Licensed Firearms instructor

I’m interested in learning how to become a firearms instructor but I don’t have a clue on where to go to get trained or what do I need in the state of Hawaii to acquire such a license? Can anyone help me?

Are you referring to the State requirement for handgun permit to acquire?  If so, NRA Basic Pistol Instructor fulfills that.  At least that's what I have.  It's a two day course and the main "difficulty" is finding an NRA Training Counselor in Hawaii.   I believe Zips has been offering that training.
