Looks like he's in Florida. The FedEx truck has FL plate.

I seen that. Just wondering because he has ammo stock and claims he ships to Hawaii. There are choke scams, just wanted to be sure...

He can ship to HI, but it will cost a huge amount.  Hazmat fees and ship by boat fee.  He might be under the impression that he can just fedex ground the ammo, which he can't do because of the ocean.

Many gun stores buy a pallet of ammo.  Just shipping a few cases is not worth it.
