Aloha,
What material is allowed for gong stands at Koko head? How high or low from ground is your setup? Can gongs be setup at 50,75,100 yards at rifle side?

22 rimfire only @ 50 yards. Because of possible ricochet.

I thought we could also place steel at 100 yds for higher than .22. Did that change?
-
Flapp,
For centerfire, it is still steel targets at 100yds
For 22, steel targets are ok at 50 yards out to 100 yards
No changes

Unless you are black powder guys, they can do whatever :shaka:

So metal stands is a go like conduit and steel pipe but wood only for paper targets? Can I use pipe / conduit and use the holes in the ground at the 100 yards for gongs only?
-
I use 2 steel pipes with chains for my gong. Cheap, simple and easy to transport

I didn't think there's a restriction on the material for the frame. It's more for being able to staple the targets to it.
Wood is also easier for the average shooter to construct frames, and it's lighter for carrying.
Safety-wise, I can see recommending wood for those shooters who hit the frame more often than the target!
