From our lilikoi bush in the backyard. Any thoughts on what it is? I have clues but wanted to put it out there.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201121/ceff4c272a5676922186ee83b090500c.jpg)

I was thinking the same. Plus, the incisors look pretty long. Must have been a really huge rat! :shake:
Might want to set out a couple of low vantage-point trail cams to see what's eating your stuff. That can help identify the best course of action to get rid of them.

Looks like a rat.
They get good size and they’re smart bastahds too.
-
Looking at the amount of space between some of the bite marks, I don't think a rat has the "gap" to leave that much between tooth marks.
Maybe it's a rat making two "swipes" next to each other, but then you'd see two tooth marks inside each deep section, not gouge-"wide missed section"-gouge.

Rats loved the orange tree at my parents house. Could hear them at night since the neighborhood was so quiet, and see them coming and going from the tree.
-
They used to eat my mountain apples. The neighbor's house was too close, even for a slingshot.
Bulbuls used to eat up my lychee. One afternoon about 60 of them mysteriously came down with lead poisoning.
Sadly, both trees are long gone. The lychee wood is great for smoking pork.
