It was requested to be added as a rule in 2018, but there was no "PM offers" rule ever added to the list.

The current rules thread is messy. Any way to clean up the existing thread so it's just a list of rules -- nothing else? If I were a Newbie, it would be confusing.

Are you implying that asking for clarification of forum rules (in which I turned out to be correct) is equivalent to AH playing self-appointed umpire in a conversation that didn't involve him?

My wit is rather sarcastic and sharp, too -- sometimes downright dark. I wasn't sure if you were jabbing me or just having a laugh over the moderator part.
AH trolls me every chance he gets, so I don't cut him much slack when he goes off the rails. I ignore the little pissing contests. So, I wasn't in a humorous mood when I read your post.

Just thinking something to consider if you’re cleaning up the existing rules thread.
That’s a sly way to get some positive feedback.
(And with a “smarter than everyone else I’ve dealt with” egocentric, slight at the other members. )
