Alan Ostergren, Miller-Meeks' campaign attorney, said in a statement obtained by KCCI that Wednesday's vote was 'procedural' and that Hart's petition 'has no more merit today than it did when it was filed.'
'Congresswoman Miller-Meeks' motion to dismiss is still pending. The Congresswoman's legal team will prepare and file the answer to the notice of contest,' he said.
'In the meantime, the Congresswoman is focused on serving the needs of her constituents.'
He added that Hart 'ignored Iowa law' during the recount and again when she failed to make her case before a contest court in Iowa.
'She hopes that her fellow Democrats in Washington D.C. will ignore Iowa law and the precedents of the House to grant her the seat in Congress that the voters denied her,' he said.

That's 1 reason why the POTUS election was not heard. It would set precedent for all future cheating. And this was all the plan from the DNC which the GOP didn't concern themselves with. Instead most were busy distancing themselves from Trump cause they didn't want their names in the paper.

Most of the swing states were already trying to force all-mail-in voting long before the pandemic. The national panic-demic was just the best excuse for violating federal and state law they could have wished for.
It's not about encouraging or suppressing any votes. It's about a process that no longer allows for 100% verification that the votes counted belong to bonafide US residents living in the states where they voted and not being prohibited by law from voting.
One person - one vote. I don't think there's any argument that many people counting the votes are guilty of stuffing the ballot boxes.

Those suspicious of liberals have suspected the Chinese virus was a leftist/globalist strategic gambit in coordination with the Chicoms to force the mail-in vote debacle.
Both enemies of the USA got what they wanted out of it.

I would normally agree with this, if it wasn't for the mountain of evidence of how absurdly incompetent the Democrats are.
I guess they either got lucky or had RINOs helping them oust Trump.

I'm just disappointed in the courts. The Supreme Court wouldn't hear complaints before election day, because until the votes are counted, you can't claim the cheating impacted your election outcome.
Then, after the election, they said they can't overturn the election results since Biden was already certified by the states. Their argument was Trump should have brought the case BEFORE the election, because afterward was "too late" to fix anything. :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:
Catch 22. Can't complain before the election, and can't complain after.
