Title: HB 1366-What parts are banned?

The wording in HB 1366 is really vague.  What parts does this bill ban?  80% lowers?

Intentionally vague. That way they can say anything is banned at will. Oh that new APEX trigger, yeah banned because when combined with other parts makes a working firearm.
