great budget option 1-10 LPVO.  always has discount coupon for about 20% if you do a quick search.  i have this on 1 of my AR's.  works great, glass is very clear.  hard to beat for the money

I can vouch for the Konus 80mm spotter. I had a Kowa 601 and it was awesome but I kept breaking it. I sent it back to Kowa 3 times and they always repaired and cleaned it at no charge. I sold the Kowa and got the Konus so I don't have to worry too much about banging a $600 spotting scope around. So far, several years later it is solid.
