Title: PTA Appt switch?

Is it possible to trade appt times with anyone, also if they would like to? I am a 1st time Hawai’i firearm permit applicant and my appt is on August 16th. Not too long but long enough that I'd rather not wait. Is it possible/ would anyone like to be nice to a 1st timer? Mahalo nui everyone and kokua have a pono day.

Possible?  Yes.  The latest rules require both people appear at HPD together to swap the appointment.
