A deaf preschooler who uses sign language "signs" his name with a gesture that a school official thinks looks like a gun. OMG the horror!

What can I say? Is that stoopit, or is that stoopit?
What the hell happened to our educational system?
The school ought to see my sign-language response to this affair. It only uses one finger.

This is just the dumbest sh*t I have seen yet. That tiny little kid probably has more sense than these idiots! I also have a sign for them and all those like them! ;)

Its sad to know that these people are the ones teaching our children.

As if this young boy doesn't have enough obstacles to overcome... What are these "educators" teaching our next generation?

I spotted this wisecrack on another board:
"That's what happens when you raise your lttle boy as a little girl."
Don't Be Economic Girlie Men! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUzUbtIptqQ#)
Or other kinds of "girlie men."
It would seem our young men are being castrated at an early age. After all, it's easier to handle steers than bulls.

^ Yeah, that's two stinkeroo posts I made in the last week. Sorry.

Isn't it amazing that we go through great length to protect the rights of a person to give the one finger salute under the guise of the first amendment but deaf kids cannot communicate and express themselves using gestures that look like guns that non-deaf kids use when they play as children?

So just for grins I looked up "common sign language gestures" and sure enough, I got a grin:

The Zombies one was funny. The "shaka" one is interpreted as "Booze it up!"
I guess the "High Steppin' It" one could be interpreted as a gun with a high cap detachable magazine. (http://gunrightsmedia.com/images/smilies/evil.gif)
Better not use that one within 1000' of a school. :)
