Title: walk in permitting re-opens on Maui today

I stopped by about 0830 and there were already 20 people in line ahead of me.  I turned around and left, I just need to renew my Long gun PTA, and I can wait a week or two for the pent up demand to crest and go down.

System is up and running and pretty quick. It took me about 15 minutes to start the renewal of my PTA.
