Noticed the same.
Lately, they seem to have some of the best (or better) pricing on stuff I'm looking for, but usually have to wait until they come back in stock. Seems like many shops/vendors have trouble with inventory. . . :(

If you happen to be a veteran you should look into their discount program. You get 10% off all non-sale items. Not huge but it’s something.

The trick is one of the things I want is back order so not "in stock" (so no % off)

What are you looking for? Maybe the collective knows of that item in stock elsewhere, or maybe has one they can sell you.

These exclusions are made in compliance with their sales policies.

Many manufacturers set the prices at which their products must be sold. Any discounts must be authorized/initiated by the manufacturer.
That last line in the FAQ answer ("compliance with their sales policies") makes me think that's the reason for the exclusions.

Fall Essentials Sale has been going on for over a week now. I search through the sales items and order what may be a bargain. Two Holosun red dot sights are part of the sale. Normal price of the Holosun HS403B is 169.99, and sale price is 109.99. Got this because (a) I am cheap, (b) do not have much experience with the brand, and (c) it passed a torture test.
