I doubt Biden will win either. Hope he doesn't run again. Or if he does a good republican candidate runs that I can vote for. Though hopefully better people on both sides will run. Though my dream of an Independent president isn't going to happen.

Recent federal law changes allow the ownership and circulation of firearms to Russian citizens for those:

Who have a registered permanent residence
Solely for the purposes of strictly-defined self-defense, hunting, and sports activities only
There is only one Federal law regulating firearms and no state laws
You cannot own a short-barreled handgun for self-defense
Applying for a gun license requires a psychiatric evaluation
Russian mass gatherings, protests, and public events at educational institutions prohibit firearms
You can only own up to ten licensed firearms with a purchased license. The license is valid for five years (other than ones that fire rubber bullets)
Local police must visit gun owners’ residences at least once a year to verify the safe storage of guns.
For initial and renewal licenses, applicants must attend a six-and-a-half hours training class. The Russian government offers the class and applicants must pass written tests.

Battlefield LV has something similar. You can drive a tank, shoot full auto, shoot 40mm (unsure if really 37mm). Then there's the helicopter vendor inside there that lets you shoot from a chopper.

The law, signed into force on June 28, raises the minimum age for buying hunting rifles and long-barreled guns from 18 to 21.
It also provides for additional restrictions on owning weapons.
Previously, people convicted of serious crimes were barred from owning a gun. Now anyone convicted or under investigation for the consumption of drugs can be denied a gun license. A temporary ban will also be imposed on persons caught driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Russians with two or more expired criminal records also won’t receive a weapons license.
The USA allows the "most gun ownership". If you are a private Russian citizen you can't own as many guns as us. Unless you think only owning certain guns = most guns. Or having strict storage rights, I guess you technically own guns even if you can't store them at your house... Then you be at home in comiefornia.
