Is there a tube magazine capacity limit for pump shotguns in Hawaii? And, if so, what is it?

the limit is however many you can shove in there

Unless the magazine (1) is removable and (2) can function in a pistol, no limits could be remotely applied.

Every limit I remember seeing in the statute specifies rifle magazines used in pistols.  Shotguns are never included. 

So, if you want a Vepr and a 25-round drum, go for it!
