Since the Red Hill fuel tanks are underground, gravity-fed, and cyber protected, the Navy insisted the facility is "uniquely survivable and resilient."
In response to the Navy's claims, Lau said, "I've heard this kind of propaganda before and I'm sick of it. It needs to change."
You'd think these people were elected / paid good money to offer solutions - the only thing they are good for is b!tching and moaning...how about offering some solutions to the Navy. I got it and I think they got it that there;s a problem...help them fix it

Problems are not targets of opportunity for politicians to solve and help their community.
Problems to politicians are clubs to be used to bash their opponents over the head with in hopes those problems will get them reelected.
No politician I can remember ever got elected because of the things they've done -- at least not in my lifetime. They get elected because of the things the promise to do, and because of the failures their opponents may be responsible for -- true or not.
Problems are nothing more than planks in their election campaigns. Don't hold your breath waiting for the problems to get solved by the people calling it "unacceptable." That term can be applied to the last 6 Congresses --at least!!
