I 'd worry more about the Cyber money.  Where the government can track every transaction.
In Hawaii that would be like "we see you own guns, turn them in or you can't buy food."
Government Democrats would love that one.

I have already done a little preparation,  So I'm looking at a cash and barter blackmarket.
Not traceable.
Complete conversion of the money ( India did this recently to catch all the tax "deadbeats")
would be the real scariest thing.
