Title: Local Saiga conversions

Apparently E-tac CNC has opened up a new shop that sells converted Saigas. If you didn't know, I am a Saiga fan (http://"http://2ahawaii.com/firearms/saiga-conversion-plans/"). I haven't used their stuff before but I hear great things about them, as well as people shipping their rifles in from the mainland.
