I don't know anything about him, but I'm going to assume the following and see what I'm correct on:
1) Anti 2a, fudd type. "I support the 2a, but...". Specifically would want to mess with "assault rifles" and "high cap mags".
2) Will be supported by MDA and ET, which tells you everything about him.

That was what I anticipated with Chipman, but his nomination hit a major iceberg.
This nominee sounds like Chipman's brother.
