Aloha All,

Quick question:  On your Medical Information Waiver, do they contact just the physician/facility you list?   It’s been awhile since my last firearm purchase.  Thanks!

they contact and ask the physician to notify if you are disqualified to possess a firearm
if they do not respond, you are GTG

Thanks!  I wasn't sure if they contacted physicians you've seen in the past or just your current Dr.
