Title: Meet the new Boss?

I have'n't seen it discussed and am almost afraid to ask, but where does our new Police Chief, assuming he survives the
flap over the arrest of his son, stand on our 2A rights?
Will there be permits issued? or is the new Boss same as the old Boss? ???
