Title: Dovetail Mount/Adapter

Got a Glock 19 and I want to put a red do on it.  I don't want to get my slide milled, so I am looking at a dovetail mount/adapter.  If anyone went this route, what adapter did you get, and any problems of it coming loose?  Mahalos.

Recently put an egw mount on an XDm and so far so good but time and round count will tell...not a whole lot of rounds downrange with this setup yet..
