Title: best revolver defensive/carry ammo (any caliber)

recently picked up some 22LR Punch ammo
seems like its pretty good from all the videos.  maybe a good match for my LCR22LR

I really like the ruger LCR too.
I would be satisfied carrying that.

my first box of defensive ammo was the PDX1 125 grain 357, years ago.  pretty good expansion. I don't think I ever shot it yet.  LOL
