Title: R.I.P. Olivia Newton-John dead at 73
Post by: Flapp_Jackson on August 08, 2022, 11:29:35 AM

"Grease" star Olivia Newton-John battled breast cancer for 30 years.

Another entertainment icon from my youth gone from this mortal plain.

RIP.

Sad to hear. Loved her duets with Barry Gibb.

Not a fan of her songs but I liked her in Grease.

Never saw a movie with her, or listened to her music.

But, by God, she was hot!

RIP lady.

Have You Never Been Mellow was a chart topper in 1975.  Most songs of that era had a message I didn't understand as a 13 year old.  This was one that somehow "spoke" to a lot of people.

It's crazy that I still remember most of the lyrics.
