But if xhe is referring to a person named Lula beating a person named Bolsonaro in a fair/legitimate election, then this would be like the 2 or 3 times xhe is correct about something. There’s lots of speculation that the CCP used the same playbook as they did interfering in American elections.

When ALL the late ballots from certain regions swing in one direction and the election is decided by 2 percentage points it’s pretty clear what happened
