Title: Rifle registration?

Thank you, just trying to avoid the crowd at HPD. I hate to wait in line.

Sounds about right. I just don't want to take the chance of waiting in line and them shutting shop right as I get to the front of the line if I go too late, so I end up going early and just be patient. Just be sure to take enough change to keep the meter fed.
