They will also come after you if you don't as well. So either way we're screwed. Asian National Guard O6 or something, they asked him about a Markov pistol and he said he wont answer without his lawyer. AFT showed up later and arrested him and charged him with selling guns without a FFL or something. He lost his security clearance, lost his real estate realtor business while fighting the charges. IDK what ever came about. Bascially the AFT asked to if they could see 1 pistol that he bought.
The AFT is a weapon used to make examples out of people. Like they actually go into the hood and do that same thing at drug houses.

ATF agent in charge of the case was reassigned to that field office after facing drunk driving charges on duty?

I know you will disagree, but Americans today are living in an empire and like most empires, the people don't have intrinsic freedoms, but are allowed to have permitted freedoms that unfortunately can be taken away if the ultrawealthy, American oligarchy, Power Okole, or whoever you want to call them deem those personal liberties a threat to their continued rule.
The Democrats make no secret they don't want people to have firearms, but even the so-called Republicans during the Trump presidency did nothing to stop the domestic police from implementing the overall imperial policy to disarm the populace.

You need Congressional authorization to get that rank.

I think he was a Japanese guy.
But when I typed "Asian national guards man loses security clearance for" then "Selling Markov" prefilled.
I'm going from memory and can't be sure of his rank or if it was a Markov.

I tried searching, too.
Hard to locate one National Guardsman being arrested out of apparently hundreds, if not thousands, on charges ranging from bribery, corruption and lying to investigators to firearm trafficking, defrauding the government and kiddie pron.
Just a drop in the ocean.
