Title: CA Law that if you sue for 2a right and lose, you must pay all the states fees

SAF has a lawsuit about this.

Illinois is trying to copy CA with the same law.

So coming to HI soon.  They can't win anymore, so stuff like this is 1 more weapon they have left.  So if the state hires 100 attorney's to defend against your case and take 1000 hours each, then you gotta pay for all of that. There is no maximum or limit. Meanwhile for the opposite, all the state has to do is change the law and the suing atty gets squat. Like our Taser lawsuit.

Hawaii prides itself in modeling themselves after commie states like Kalifornia and Neuw Yawk .

It's rather hypocritical.

I don't know how many times I've heard "Hawaii is different," and "This is not the mainland."

Yet, whenever these issues come up, Hawaii is quick to become exactly like the most metropolitan, big-city, nothing-like-Hawaii states.

Next time I hear someone say "We're different," I might have a list to present of all the ways Hawaii is exactly like other states.
