Apparently anyone who wants a concealed carry permit is a potential racist mass murderer.
One bad apple spoils the bunch — and that’s exactly why there are proposals like Bill 57. Because it takes just one bad apple to kill 19 kids and two adults at an elementary school, to murder six coworkers at Walmart, to shoot 60 people and wound 413 at a music festival.
Oh yes, and when they violate your rights it’s not about violating your rights…

The Constitutions (State and US) and the 2nd Amendment exist whether or not they agree with it.
We may be in the era of "it's not a crime if you don't get charged" (Thanks, Hillary and Obama's DOJ), but the Constitution is still the law of the land.
EVERY SINGLE CIVIL RIGHT has the potential to be abused. That does not give government justification to revoke any of those rights.
If government could, they would silence any and all negative press. As a work-around, they are partnering with private Social Media and MSM businesses to do the deed for them.
They already have businesses and state governments violating the 2nd Amendment on their behalf by interfering with credit sources, free trade, state-levied taxes, state-imposed training and qualification tests, gun-free zone creations, etc.
Too many lawyers sitting around at parties conjuring up new and creative ways to bend the laws without technically breaking them.

How about making all of Honolulu a sensitive place? No crimes will occur in Honolulu. Let's start passing laws under this sensitive places curtain.

I tried to argue where every violent crime that occurs within a "sensitive place" shall be punishable by life in prison, but no one liked that idea. After all, if a place is too "precious and sensitive" to allow law-abiding gun carry, then the victims affected in these areas are also too sensitive and vulnerable for the state to allow that violet criminal to ever be in public again, right? Of course that idea is ridiculous, but banning of guns is completely reasonable... :crazy:

"They" hate guns so much they are not thinking straight. None of them are.
They can't make the distinction between a law-abiding citizen with a gun and a criminal with a gun.
To them we are one and the same. Let's hope one day they are not staring into the barrel of a gun by a criminal they have emboldened by their "sensitive places" law.
I wonder what they will think of their Kumbaya bull$h*t doctrine then. What will they say: "You're in deep trouble now, mister....the police are on their way....." :rofl:
