Don't worry...
The perp will be found.
Law enforcement just needs to check on his permit to acquire, registration and of course permit to carry.
That said I will bet there is a back story to this.
Wanna guess the shootee knows the shooter.
This stuff doesn't happen in a vacuum.

Taken in the actual context of the quote, it makes more sense.  The author, Bryce Moore, created a headline that uses one word from a quote totally out of context to create a false impression of what was said.

pretty much all other crime you get released, so those are "acceptable", i guess...

How can we tell?
