I vote for Wyoming. Houses are built better in that state than most warm weather states. Being practical, they also have a bill banning EVs in the next decade.

I don't like seeing Teslas on the road, becuz' they be ugly and too expensive. East Honolulu is full of these cars. My son asks me, "Dad, when you gonna buy a Tesla?" Duh, when you finally pass your driver's test!
