Asian male suspect? That's going to piss off a bunch of Left-wing-nuts who would jump at the chance to blame this on White Nationalists and/or violence against Asians over the COVID-19 pandemic.
What's caught my eye is that the estimated age is 30-50 years old. It's a common belief that it's difficult to tell the age of most Asians. Not sure if that's a fact, but many think it is true.
I've seen in the article's comments how the media is trying to rebrand Chinese New Year as Lunar New Year, to take away the national component and replacing it with something more generic.
Conspiracy time: seems like each time Biden's in trouble -- this time for classified documents -- there's a mass shooting. Just like i don't believe everything is a false flag operation, I don't believe every major crime is a distraction. But in this case, it would not only distract from news on Biden, but it would also bolster the assault weapons ban he's been pushing ever since inauguration. No info on what type of weapon was used, but a minor detail like that has never stopped the targeting of semi-auto sporting rifles.
I hope they catch the guy alive, so we can maybe have some answers, and the victims and family members can have some closure.

What I observed is that, as my friends and acquaintances got older, they changed. They only liked associating with their own race outside of work. That applied to Whites as well.
I think desegregating schools may have benefited minorities in that people who would not have the same opportunities at mostly minority-populated schools, but they tended to self-segregate after high school. Look at colleges now setting up Black-only dorms. O0 :crazy:
I learned early in Social Studies that a "nation" is a collection of people with like race, appearance, language and customs. Nations existed for centuries because humans tend to associate with others with similar characteristics, language and beliefs/values.
Until society quits highlighting race in our laws, entertainment, schools, employment, and so on, race will continue to matter on a societal level. Individually, people are all the same. Some are worth knowing, and the rest should be avoided.

The report I saw says he went to a nursery, shot 5 people killing 4 and wounding one critically, then drove to a second nursery where he shot and killed 3 more people.
A semi-automatic pistol was recovered in the car in which the suspect was arrested.

This has been going on for some time now. The CCP did the same to the Fau Long Gong practitioners, Muslims, etc...IDK about execution of them, but def thrown in jail and not heard from.

This is why it's important to submit test when the time comes. Lawsuits take years and money. And only if the lawsuit is won, the law stays in place. Unless an injuction is issued. But it might be only for the involved party. Like the IL injuction only applied to the plantifs and not everyone in the state. So yesterday like 800 more people sued IL so they can be protected by the injunction.

However, racially toned statements made by others should never be part of anyone's posts, and everyone should collectively police that quickly, so things don't get out of hand as unfortunately what happened in this thread. I take no pleasure what transpired on this thread and apologize for disrespecting your request earlier.

it's not anyone's place on here to say what others should or should not say. If it violates the TOS, then the mods can delete the comments. If not, then you have the right to contradict or admonish the commenter. But to say people aren't allowed to express their thoughts freely, even offensive thoughts, isn't a good look.
For the record, posting comments that offend others are permitted here. Thread-jacking is supposed to be prohibited.
Just follow the rules.
