Makes HPD to background on eletric guns and cartriages.

Did I read the bill correctly? You need a business license to sell an electric gun? Does that mean a person can't sell one privately? If we can, we need a background check and pay $50 a year to the state for the right to sell it?

You currently cannot sell an eletric gun privately.

Bill deferred (died).

AG asked if fbi would deny HI HPD again like last year. Deputy AG said idk. Then she was asked if HI could get pre approval to use the FBI system and she said its u known.
