The Holosun MOS optic. Mounts directly to the slide and will co-witness with factory sights
I have holosun  507c mounted on the plate with suppressor height night sights to co-witness

Did you mean the Holosun SCS MOS?

OP - You didn't get much information on what you are looking for or what you consider "best".  There are a lot of excellent red dot options available nowadays.  I've long been an RMR-06 fan, but lately am trying and liking the Holosun EPS and Aimpoint ACRO P2.  Lots of love for the Holosun K series as well, but I don't own one.

I was going to get the SCS MOS for my 47 but I already had a 507c lying around bc I took it off another pistol.  and I like the Trijicon suppressor height night sights better than the factory ones

Yeah, the SCS seems interesting.  For now, I've done with EPS for a 43x and 17, which allows for use of standard sights.  But yeah, if you have an optic available, might as well use.  I've had available optics "grow" guns  ;D

The Trijicon RM06...
