Not buckling up indicates you may be a danger to yourself and others.

You will have your CCW license revoked/denied, lose all your guns and ammo, and be sentenced to a state mental facility for treatment.

That is if the Cops don't shoot you on the spot.

If SB1230 passes into law, then this could be true.  "reckless endangering". To bad only 80 people testified against it, compared to when 1500 testified against the mag bill a few years ago.

what happened?  nobody gives a darn anymore?  all the pro-2A people moved to Idaho, or Las Vegas already?  kind of a rhetorical question, sorry.
