Offend The Professor, Fail The Class

A college student posted a video on TikTok explaining how her professor failed her because she
used the term "biological women" in her essay proposal. Apparently, speaking the truth at college
will now land you a failing grade.

The problem with this is you are okay to say "Trans-Women," but apparently there's no longer a term for "biological women" that actually means biological women.

If this were my class, I would be looking for a lawyer.  The First Amendment still applies to state-funded schools.  Penalizing vocabulary because it's not woke enough needs to be called out and quashed.

I i took a class "new testament"
I graduated from Christian private universities.
One  professor was violently anti military
and I am a Vietnam era disabled Vet
We had issues.
I was not one of his usual kids he could push around.
That is the big failure in schools today the ass holes
don't get called out for what they are.
Arrogant ass holes.

I think we need some sort of case law to be made here.

There was also the story about a middle school (High School?) student who was sent home because he wore a shirt saying there are only two genders.
