From previous articles, she and Orlando talked about how they were looking forward to staying in that home if they bought it and raising their kids. Now she's claiming she was planning to use it as an investment property and has lost out on rental income.
Not sure if there are third parties who witnessed her previous statements, but if true, it would appear she's changing her story to claim additional damages in lost rents.
i don't think anyone's hands are clean in this situation. I think the seller realized he under valued the property and wanted to get more after agreeing on $15M. At some point, the lawyers will cost everyone more than they win or lose.

So we know over valuing a property is a crime/fraud according to some. What about under valuing?
