How much to install a free float rail on my AR? Also do you guys have any Free Float Rails in stock?

I have a Colt Carbine 16" Upper with A2 sights if that helps. Will probably need to cut down the A2 sight or get a low pro gas block as im looking to get a rail thats around 11"-13" if you guys get.
