Came across this video today. I like it. What do you think?
I want it for my Walther P22. What was impressive was it went through two 2X4's.
Not bad for a mouse round.

Disappointing test results. Looked promising. Maybe CCI needs to crank up the velocity a bit.

I'm confused.
Why was there expansion in the first two videos but not in the 3rd? Seems pretty dramatic of a difference. Barrel length on the G44 and TX22 about the same. I can't imagine a 2.5" barrel getting any expansion at all despite the ammo being "optimized".
Am I missing something?

This test was done before the other one. This one side by side with Federal Punch. The Punch seemed to perform better and the uppercut still didn't expand as advertised.

edited to add: Tools and Targets doesn't work for CCI........just sayin.

My favored Concealed carry is a Erma RX 22, a PPK clone.
Very, very accurate.
This is great! I'll get some CCI on my next trip to WA.
I also do Concealed carry a Astra small frame 9mm, upon occasion,
but the RX fits in the small of your back and is it easy to drive and
move around with and it conceals well.
Just so you guys don't think I'm weak wristed
for open carry I would use my M1911.
or my S&W 357 Mag.

Thanks for the video!
Wonder why this uppercut doesn't perform like advertised. :(

Here's another video where the results were disappointing.

Speer makes a Gold-Dot line for .22 that is meant to work well out of a shot barrel. It had pretty decent expansion.
