Title: CA Proposes Mandatory Speed Governors on All Cars made after 2027

The proposal intends to physically restrict all cars from driving more than 10MPH over the posted speed limit.

When I talk to my anti 2a friends about their belief in mag limits, I bring this up. No where in HI can you go past 65mph legally. So why not put a chip in every car that limits this.  They all think it's stupid to limit speed like this, especially the ones with a Porsche.
