The 9th decided not to make a ruling, but instead punt and wait till Duncan (CA mag ban) to be ruled on.
2 of the 3 are anti gun, so i guess this is better than a anti 2a ruling.
Corrupt 9th delay tactic.
This means if HI passes the AWB, it will be law unless this is settled in our favor. Maybe in a year or 2. Green would sigm the bill asap and it would be effective on 7/8/24.

Plenty of time for the black market to really take off. If their intention was to convince people to never register anything again this is a great way to do it.
