I wonder how many threaded barrels counted for the 40-50 illegal guns in his count. Either this was an honest mistake where he thinks they're illegal, or they're looking to pad the numbers to make it sound like this buy back was worth it.

How come they say 40-50 were illegal guns. What is it...... 40? 50? Are they guessing? A gun is either legal or illegal, according to their terms.

Register at capitol.hawaii.gov then you can get notifications on when bills are going up for hearings for whichever committee you want to follow
