If our history tells us anything, it’s that guns are easy to get, even by people who shouldn’t have them. Lanza, clearly mentally and/or emotionally unbalanced, had two and maybe more.

It's not that we CAN'T protect our children, we REFUSE to. She said herself that Michigan was nuts because they passed a law allowed concealed carry on school property. That would have protected the children. I am personally outraged that we refuse to afford our kids the same protection we provide everything else of value.

I grew up here in Hawaii. I'm not sure how true this article is but, maybe some of our members who grew up else where can concur.
I tried taking a rubber band gun to school and it was confiscated. Funny thing is, I brought it for show and tell.

Would those kids have been safer if there was a cop in each classroom? I think most people would say yes. Why? Because he/she has a badge? No, because cops have guns. If gun free zones are so safe, then why doesn't our dictator make the whitehouse a gun free zone and get rid of all the SS's guns? According to their logic, this would be enough to keep Barry safe while he's at home. Do the SS keep their guns in the limo when they watch Barry's girls at school?

She should cry for all the kids who have their life affected due to drunk drivers. How long can that killing go on before we stick 1st time DD offendors in prison? Maybe we should have HPD put up a website with pictures and names of DD.............oh wait................yeah.

Jade Moon is just another crap head liberal. The NRA had a damn good news conference. Came up with solid solutions what we can do NOW. Using the resources we have NOW AND get the community involved. Maybe then the parents will see just how their punk kids really act in schoolA big PLUS........nobodys rights are violated with the NRA's plan. And for SUPS.....youre too funny.
