Title: Does Handgun Safety Training Course Affidavit from 2021 still valid for permit

My Handgun Safety Training Course Affidavit was done in 2021, is still valid today(2024) to apply for handgun permit? With the new law, does it mean I have to go attend a NEW training course to obtain a NEW affidavit in order to apply for a handgun permit again?  If so, how long is the NEW permit good for? Just 4 years?

Clarification, yes to the last 2 questions.  No longer valid in 2024.
