Title: OK PEOPLE, KARL RHOADS SNUCK IN BACK DOOR ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN!!!!!

SB 3196 passed with amendments
he left in "assault weapons attachments" ban, which essentially bans most rifles and shotguns...
we are looking into how to proceed
stay tuned for the next fire mission...

so he claimed to remove banning assault rifles and assault shotguns
and only bans .50 cal firearms and limits rifle magazines to 20 rounds
with no grandfather clause...

theres grandfather for 50s

"This subsection shall not apply to a person's possession of a .50 caliber rifle registered to the person subject to the requirements of section 134-3."

not that it makes it any better.

Wording is everything in the arena of law.

That guy is worse than scum.  Talk about not bargaining in good faith.  He's not trying to find middle ground.

He wants the whole kit and kaboodle.

Did he not leave in the entire assault rifle/ assault shotgun ban in section 134-8?


Where is section 134-3?
