Did not watch the whole thing. But I agree with the gist of what he said.
The best training for real life scenarios is competition because it puts you under pressure.
I shot my first rifle match around 1972 and I fell apart.
Around 10 years later I started shooting pistols in competition.
I used to be pretty good but never the best. LOL
Here is a pic from my first ever "combat" pistol match in 1981.
I guess the scenario was that I was captured by the enemy and I had to shoot my way out of trouble.
