This link popped up while I was looking through the forums on this website...

Essentially it is accusing the NRA of being responsible for people dying all over the world from guns and wants the NRA to stop apposing the UN's Arms Treaty. I am sure the ads on this website are linked to what we generally look at on our computers. I find it alarming that they are taking the fact that I search for guns and submitting me to anti-gun ads. How is the gun industry going to compete with efforts such as this?

Interesting. I have that ad on the bottom of my page right now as well. As you said, the ads come from your what you normally look at.
Really, I don't think anyone has to do anything to counter this type of advertising. It is meant to target a specific type of person, and that type of person is already looking to do something like this. Just make sure it doesn't sway you :)

The way I look at it, many more people are likely looking into firearms due to the recent events. The undecided people get ads like this that are designed to appeal to their emotions (a logical fallacy), and then you have another uneducated anti-gun voter born.
